This blouse is white with blue detailing, perfectly light weight. Not see through. This blouse can be dressed up or down for work or with some denim shorts. I like to tuck mine in, in the front when wearing with high rise jeans or shorts for a more dressy look. True to size. I am wearing a size small here and am about 128-130lbs.
